Summary of the results
Within the frame of a multiply centric, not-comparing study n = 62 patients, suffering of migraine since a long time, have been treated with the medicine. Out of a total of n= 66 registered patients n= 4 patients have not been treated. The collective contains as patients 8 men (12 %) and 58 women (87,9 %) An average duration of the symptoms of 29,1 years must be considered as long.
Tolerance
The tolerance is generally to classify as good. No serious and not welcomed events have been reported.

The average therapy duration for the check ups was of :
Check up 1: 62,5 days
Check up 2: 112,9 days
Check up 3: 170,6 days
The results make clearly recognizable that over the time a significant improvement of the symptoms is shown. The values which have been calculated as a support are also making this clear (2,03 => 2,42 =>2,97). The average values have to be considered only as an orientation help for a better clearness, as the making of averages with ordinal scales is unreliable. The results could be saved highly significantly with each p < 0,0001.
The clinical effectiveness could be highly significantly saved through a test of signs (bilateral) and has been continuously growing in the time.
The results of the experiment show generally a therapy success. Non responders have been rare. It is anyway to be considered, that the study was conduced under open, not comparable conditions.
